Our elegant Signature Restaurant is famed for its excellent wine list and award-winning fine dining, awarded an AA rosette for culinary excellence. Quietly sophisticated, the Signature has become a destination in its own right. Please note that the dress code in the Signature Restaurant is formal or smart casual.
